2024 – 2025 MDSC Membership Dues
There are a couple of ways to fill out the membership form and pay for the membership. The $50.00 membership dues covers admissions to 9 monthly in-person events (i.e., activities, entertainment, games, materials, presentations, resources) at a regional park, a senior center and the annual Holiday Luncheon at Martin’s, e-mail communications, door prize drawings, food & beverages, media equipment, general expenses, insurances, room rental, and voting rights. - Click REGISTER & PAY ONLINE: Fill out the form and pay via credit card with a $2 surcharge fee.
- Click PRINT AND MAIL REGISTRATION WITH PAYMENT: Print the individual Membership Information form, fill it out and mail it to 3113 Parker Avenue Silver Spring, MD 20902. Pay with either Cash App at $MDSC2024 or check payable to MDSC or give the form along with the membership dues to Treasurer Stephen DeMuth at a MDSC event.
