2025 – 2026 MDSC Membership Dues

 

Membership dues are required for all Regular Members and Supporting Members for the 2025–2026 membership year.

Annual Dues

  • $50 — if paying by cash or check
  • $52 — if paying by credit card or debit card (includes processing fee)

Membership Includes:

Your membership dues cover admission to monthly in-person events and include:

  • Activities, entertainment, games, presentations, and resource materials
  • Events held at a regional park or designated meeting location
  • Email communications and updates
  • Door prize drawings
  • Food and beverages
  • Use of media equipment
  • General operational expenses
  • Insurance and room rentals
  • Voting rights (for Regular Members only)

Golden Members do not pay membership dues and do not have voting rights.
Supporting Members may contribute but also do not have voting rights.

How to Register and Pay

Option 1: Register & Pay Online

  • Click the “Register & Pay Online” button
  • Fill out the online formm
  • Pay by credit or debit card (a $2 surcharge applies)

Option 2: Print and Mail Registration with Payment

  • Click “Print and Mail Registration with Payment“
  • Print and complete the Membership Information Form
  • Choose one of the following payment methods:
    • Cash in Person: Hand the completed form and payment (check or Zelle confirmation) to Treasurer Stephen DeMuth at any MDSC event
    • Check: Make payable to MDSC
    • Zelle: Send $50 to treasurer@mddeafseniors.org
    • Mail the form and payment (if paying by check) to:MDSC Membership
